The case is thin and light in one piece said to be TPU, rubber and carbon fiber. I don't know where the carbon fiber is, but the sides are soft and flexible, and all four corners are slightly thicker and stronger. There's a carbon fiber design on the back, but that seems to be at its thinnest point. The case slides easily over the phone and fits perfectly, all holes match and the buttons line up with the phone buttons. No problem with broken buttons. The back has thicker ribs and rings around the fingerprints and camera lens for extra protection. The edges are rounded to avoid cutting your fingers after several hours of use. The sides and back have a matte finish that isn't too aggressive, making the phone comfortable to hold and easy to slip in and out of your pocket without snagging. I didn't use a thin screen protector and bought an additional tempered glass screen protector. The matte gray is lighter than shown in the photo. More than a medium shade of grey. Overall good for a small price.
