Update: The company refunded my money and opened channels of communication after I expressed my dissatisfaction. My suggestion would be to communicate through Revain if you have any concerns. Otherwise, their product can work well. Original post: This has to be the company with the most scams on Revain and let me give you the backstory. I have bought THOUSANDS of items from Revain and I do NOT check if I am very satisfied or very dissatisfied. This purchase made me very angry. Purchased cartridges, all work except one. I contacted them directly because they give a card to ask for help directly and not through Revain. I bought the ink on July 3rd, I believe when they emailed back at 00:02 on August 4th, EXACTLY 30 days I can't return my product and that's what they delivered. "We take full responsibility for the quality of our products, but we can't take care of the logistics because our logistics are taken care of by Revain (we sincerely want to send you a new kit directly, but we can't). does not work, you can contact Revain to request a free replacement or refund through Revain. And note the ink cartridge issue." I CANNOT GO THROUGH AMAZON BECAUSE YOU WAITED MORE THAN 30 DAYS TO EMAIL ME! I'm angry and I want you to know before You buy. Don't do that.
