I waited to buy until the price dropped to $115,990, and I'm glad I did. These days, you can only get an Intel Core i7 processor and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 2060 graphics card (if the lgbt backlight can be disabled) for that kind of money. As of right now, the best laptop with rtx30 (115w) and, of course, r5800h is I went ahead and purchased it rather than wait for the Legions to release it (hello Lenovo and your pre-orders) Quite chill at first, the smooth plastic feels great in your hand, and the construction is solid with almost no holes. Possesses drawbacks: A limited color gamut matrix, but for general use I think it will suffice; I was unable to locate any data on the display's response time, although older iterations of the XS had a 3c display and the newer XS had a 4c display, so perhaps the difference isn't all that significant.
