Review on MICHELIN Latitude Cross 235/60 R16 104H summer by Mateusz Odachowski ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's not quite what I expected, overall it's ok.

I read a lot of reviews, in the end I bought the Michelin brand . Next time I won’t buy it: an incomprehensible tremor on the steering wheel - balancing, wheel alignment, pressure is normal . I rearranged the front wheels, everything was fine. There are problems with handling on this rubber, on dry summer pavement - the "zero" is not felt well . It does not brake smoothly, as we would like, but at first a slight slowdown is felt, then it gets rooted to the spot. I did not notice any problems with aquaplaning, although many people write. I traveled a lot under heavy rains on bad roads - the behavior of the tires is like on a dry one, of course I reduce the speed to 90 km / h. I have not experienced it in terrible mud yet, but I would like to think that the potential for lowering the pressure in the wheels is not bad. It pulls well in a broken and blurred track, sometimes I don’t even connect the front axle. But that's all, when there is enough ground clearance under the belly, I haven't climbed deeper yet. Mileage on tires 3500km.

Pros
  • Soft, rows well in non-clay mud, clings to stones
Cons
  • Smeared "zero" on the steering wheel, 255/65 r16 in reality turned out to be smaller than the winter 245/55 r16 from Nokian, heavy
