There's something wrong with that. 1) It came with no instructions or batteries, ok I'm smart I can handle it. 2) It's Plastic: Seriously, it looks and feels like something you would give a kid to keep them from playing with your real remote. 3) The buttons aren't raised, I'm not visually impaired, but it's nice to be able to just slide your fingers over the remote and get an idea of what buttons you're pressing without looking at them like that arched back cover. It works and if it was an optional item for less than $5 I'd be fine. It's not a $20 remote. Save money and headaches from returns.
