I like that we can create complex manufacturing processes in one platform instead than having multiple tools, it also is easy enough so anyone could use without any training required or learning curve needed! It's not perfect as there are some features which require additional licenses but overall its good solution if you want your supply chain data centralized rather then spread across various software solutions (such as ERP).

We have been using this tool since 2016 when they first launched their cloud-based version however back at time our business was small therefore no real benefits realized until now where more customers were starting adding products into BOMs etc - hence realizing value out front end system functionality such sales pipeline management/inventory control /B2C customer journey mapping & analytics capabilities.
