I've been using Namebright as my primary domain registrar since 2013. If you are looking for great customer service, then Namebright is your best bet. Their support has helped me resolve issues related to my domains. There have also been occasions when I had to contact them regarding billing or renewal of my accounts. In all these cases, they were extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Namebright to anyone who needs assistance with domain management. I haven't found anything to dislike about Namebright's services so far. The only thing I can say is that it could be better if Namebright had more options for hosting than just GoDaddy. I use Namebright primarily for domain management.
