Terrible deal, they give you a defective item that appears occasionally

For some weird reason it works less than half the time. I canceled the return when it worked again and now it won't open. I think you did it on purpose because you knew the system was faulty so I won't be ordering from this organization or party again in the near or future future due to this problem the system stopped working again.
