I would love to give this product five stars but I can't just because I haven't have . was actually able to use the product; It didn't fit my dog properly so he could only wear it for a very short time. As far as I can tell, the product is well made and the materials used feel comfortable and flexible. In my opinion, the edges of the corners should be rounded. More of a natural foot shape (again, just my opinion) and for dogs with neurological issues like my dog, the protective synthetic leather(?) should go about an inch higher over the toe for better protection. As for the company. My experience with Healers PetCare was very pleasant. I spoke to Terri who was very interested in my feedback. She first exchanged my originally ordered boots for a different size. She also included a return label. Unfortunately the boots didn't fit my dog so I had to return both sizes. Her goal with this company is to provide the best product for our four-legged friends, which is why she asked me to send in a diagram of my dog's paw so she could design something that would better suit his needs. If I'm lucky enough to get a sample I'm very flattered and if I'm not then my opinion of this company will not change.
