I noticed that after 6 years of daily use inside and outside my home my slippers show some signs of wear. I decided to look through my purchase history and found what I thought was the same sneaker when I pressed the buy button again. When they arrived I opened the box and they looked the same, but when I put my foot in I noticed a big difference. Instead of just a sherpa liner like the old couple, they have a crappy foam liner under a sherpa cover. . That's why I hate new and improved things. I'm guessing they somehow found a way to save a buck to increase their bottom line, but lost a loyal customer in the process. I will wear them although I don't find them that comfortable and they weren't cheap off the shelf at the big discount store but they will be the last pair from this manufacturer. I tried them on one leg and returned. Because I'm an honest person, I will not return used products and ask for a refund.
