I love the texture of the hair. I use hair for fullness and length. I ordered 14 inches where they reach my shoulders. I used two packs of hair for fullness and one pack for the ponytail. Looks great when my hair is straightened with a flat iron. Delivery took a little over two weeks but it was worth it.
