I am very upset, the product is no good.

20 kilometers from Hong Kong, where there is a stable mobile connection and an Internet connection, the connection with the tracker is periodically lost, the "LIVE" mode starts for several minutes, as a result, it displays a message that the connection is unstable and this mode cannot work. On a two-day trip 120 km from Hong Kong, the tracker generally "died", despite the fact that mobile communications and the Internet are there, the car GPS navigator works.
