Takes up less space than the bamboo version and you can easily adjust the slice size
I love to bake gluten free bread because I couldn't find any store bought brand worth eating. This slicer works perfectly. It's a bit wonky to get used to as you have to cut and remove each piece as you go. You'll also need to apply some pressure to the bread so it slices evenly. If the food slicer were a little more durable, I would give it 5 stars.
