Manufacturing error! No lightbulbs!
Bottom pin melted on side instead of in correct position. I was able to complete the installation without damaging it, but I wouldn't recommend buying this brand. I bought two different brands in the same price range because I broke both headlights a few days apart. Another brand was included in the kit, without defects and with light bulbs.
