Crunchy and crumbly. Unique taste
Crispy at first, then slightly sticky and easily sticks to teeth. I dried it dry and aired it out. Inside there is a slight graininess and some crystallized minerals. The taste of this batch is slightly sweet with an aftertaste of fennel seeds. I would like to know where it comes from and what the pottery vendor mineral content is.
