Legal Advice Plan - Great service and delivery speed
The speed of delivery is great. I can search for a document and get it within minutes. There are some documents that require more time but this is not the fault of the product. It is a great service and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to use it. I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product. If there was something I could improve then I would like to see the customer support team make more frequent calls to customers. They do call me back very quickly once I contact them but they should be calling more often. I am using the service for my business.
Pros
- This system has saved us thousands over our previous method which required manually searching through files in boxes from years ago! We have been able find what we need easily with no problems at all, even when looking up old information or finding obscure items buried deep inside folders without having an organized filing structure set out before hand as other systems did
