Firstly it's just a stand for *holding* your PSVR gear, this thing works well and looks very nice IMO out. As a *charger* there are problems. What I found on mine: - The charging indicator lights up (changes from blue to red) when I plug in the DualShock4, but it stays red until the device is unplugged, even after the device is fully charged (even after several days). This is obviously a bug in the charger. I have contacted the manufacturer for support requests using the instructions on their website and have not received a response. However, this appears to be a purely cosmetic issue. My devices have not broken even after months of regular use. Everything from your smartphone to those PS4 controllers have their own built in charge controllers, they are not controlled by the chargers you plug them into. The charging status display on the charging station is wrong. It's annoying, but in my experience it's cosmetic. Inserting a DualShock controller into the slot is a bit fiddly, and it usually takes some getting used to. There's a delay before the charge status indicator turns red, making it a lot more finicky when trying to make sure it's plugged in properly. This would be a 4.5 to 5 star product if it didn't have a charge status indicator. Defect. And it's a pity that the manufacturer hasn't responded to a support request made through its own support channel. But this product works very well as a stand and charging works reliably for me. Tip: If you want to check the charging process, do this before you connect the mast. These plastic parts are almost impossible to disassemble for return.
