Let me start by saying that I love the way this faucet looks and performs after initial installation. They had great flow out of the spout, if a bit noisy, but I was fine with that. Unfortunately, after only a few months of use, the faucet's maximum flow rate dropped dramatically to what I can only describe as little more than a trickle. I took everything apart, checked the hoses and ran pressurized water through them, flow is excellent. I've tried cleaning the spout with water, looking for sediment and found none. After reinstallation, the flow of the crane did not improve. My guess is there is something wrong with the mixer internals that are restricting the flow. Please note that I purchased two of these faucets and installed them in the master bathroom at the same time. However, my wife wants us to use one faucet and the other for beauty and we don't really use the second faucet. After using the first faucet for a few months, the flow rate became noticeably slower than described above. Not wanting to mess with it, I ignored the problem with the first faucet and started using the second faucet. Again, it worked great at first, then about a few months later the same problem with the second tap. We bought and installed them at the end of April 2021 and in just 4.5 months we have to replace both faucets. . I was hoping we could return them but Revane only gives 30 days to return them. I suggest you not only take my word for it but also read other reviews on this product. I hope the manufacturer resolves this issue so that we can all enjoy the product as it was intended.
