There was a need to connect a stationary computer via ucb wi-fi adapter. In the store, the seller assured that there would be no problems with 8.1 if the box says support for wines 8. I brought it home, stuck it in, the device was detected, properly. I installed the utility disk, Windows said that the driver data does not support. On the manufacturer's website there is only for wines 8, for 8.1 there is none. All my attempts to set up a connection have failed. Even the wi-fi icon did not appear in the tray. In general, it sticks out like just a plug in usb. I'm going to try and get it back.
