We really like these black plates! They are well made and have not shown any scratches so far. They have been through many dishwasher cycles and still look brand new. When we originally ordered one of the panels was scratched and we contacted the company for a replacement. Excellent customer service - replacement arrived within days of contact. Now we are thinking about ordering salad bowls, bowls and mugs for a full set. You will not be disappointed.
