Review on πŸ”§ Lisle 45900 Hood Prop: Secure and reliable support for your hood by Bruce Cavett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

So thankful for that!

When I bought my car it didn't have a hood brace under the hood and I checked with local auto parts stores and they said they don't sell universal bars and these universal bars don't work as they claim. I want to say that this is a lie. Rubber stoppers at each end hold perfectly. The only difficulty sometimes is extending and retracting the barbell. It can be tricky. I don't know if this is normal but it was covered in oil and I had to wash it before I could touch it. The ideal height for my car is just the bottom extension.
