Do not include information about Groz tools in the product description. This caliper is made in India as cheaply as possible. The plastic bag is so small that it rips the first time you pull the caliper out. I suspect the brass feels nice to the touch, but the inch scale is difficult to read and doesn't slide smoothly. Twenty years ago I bought some calipers on sale at Tractor Supply for a few bucks and they are way better than these. I'll leave it, but $3 would be a much more reasonable price for it.
