Review on Calax by Jeremy Edwards

As the owner of a rather modest manufacturing company, I had great expectations for the online store offered by Calax Company. However, after making a number of transactions from them, I can declare with complete certainty that their products do not live up to expectations. First and foremost, I've discovered that the quality of the products offered by Calax is below average. Shortly after making a purchase, I've had problems with goods breaking or failing to perform properly, and their customer care has been of little use in resolving these difficulties. Concerning the provision of adequate customer service, this is yet another area in which Calax falls short. When I've had problems with their goods in the past, I've had to jump through hoops to obtain a response from their team, and even when I did, the answers they provided weren't good enough. To further compound the problem, Calax's prices are not nearly as competitive as they advertise themselves to be. Because I was able to purchase comparable items from other online retailers at more affordable costs, it makes me question why I bothered to make purchases from Calax in the first place. In general, I am unable to endorse Calax Company to anyone who is looking to purchase industrial hardware or hooks. Their items are of low quality, they provide poor customer service, and their pricing are not as low as they claim to be despite the fact that they advertise themselves as being competitive. Warning to potential purchasers: other, superior options may be available.
