Review on TradeIX by Kelly Noonan

A lot to love in terms customer service! Their support team are friendly & easy going which makes life so much easier when you have questions or need help at any point throughout your contract period (which we do). We've used them for our B2B-to business solution but they're also working towards integration into ERP systems such as SAP CRM etc - I'm sure this will be great too!! If nothing else it's made us more aware about what functionality there could potentially b out therr way once integrated within an application system e.-g., payments can now take place automatically via invoice rather than manually paying by cheque/credit card each month / week!
