I assemble computers and normally prefer Corsair but chose EVGA due to Covid stopping Corsair stock availability. One of the two power supplies (650G) I bought stopped working after 3 months. I contacted tech support and received a standard response within 48 hours. After making sure I had already done the appropriate jumper tests, they allowed the RMA. I have opted for prepayment to have the replacement unit shipped first (you pay a deposit equal to the PSU amount) but it still hasn't arrived in 5 days. The new one works fine but I had to pay $19.70 to send the power adapter back. It's a standard RMA procedure, but I'm really worried that a 10-year PSU will fail after a few months and I'm wasting $20.
