Very knowledgeable group that brings deep experience
The team is very experienced in their field. They are extremely professional and have an excellent understanding of what they do. I feel like we've been able to develop some really strong relationships with them over time - it's not always easy for us as clients but they're great at working collaboratively and making sure everyone gets heard. Their process can be quite slow-moving (as far as our expectations go) so there was a bit of a learning curve when we first started working together. But once we got into it, things moved quickly and were resolved by the end of each project phase/milestone.
Pros
- It feels good knowing that your data has security protocols built around its protection; this gives you peace about using such platforms.
- It works well within my own industry because people know how best use these products if given direction or guidance from experts
