I'm glad I tested them myself before using them in my earrings.

These pins and backs appeared to be of normal quality but when I put them on some gold pins the gold coating on the pin came off and was irritating to my ears. I'm glad I didn't wear them with any of my earrings that I sell as I don't want my brand to be known for causing skin irritation and for the plating peeling off the shank of the earrings.
