When we first received it we thought we were missing parts "E” and "F”. Later, as we flipped through the pages, we found that E and F were only needed when building a certain type of trampoline, and it was VERY lowercase. Then it was very difficult to pull the real bottom net, the part where you have to jump over the springs. I had to go online and look for videos on how to assemble. Two people were needed for assembly. It was suggested to leave the mesh in the sun so that it stretches better. It did not work. The tool they provided barely helped and eventually broke. We finally found a video that suggested putting everything together with a screwdriver. It's durable and seems safe. My daughter loves it but installation was difficult and the instructions didn't help.
