It made it very easy getting my report out in under an hour! Allowing me to be able to see issues I needed as soon as they came up rather than waiting until mid or end week before being told about them by management/supervisor. Can't think there's anything at this point we dislike - if you can get used to using cloud storage (not hosted locally), then everything runs so smoothly. Getting instant feedback from our Risk Assessor helps us take action immediately - not having to wait weeks till next month when the cycle starts again. The ease of use, the support and the ease of implementation. It is a very effective tool to manage risk and compliance. It gives us the opportunity to assess risks and to take measures to mitigate them. To be honest, I have not found any flaws. I really recommend CyberVadis.
