I like how easy it was set up - we had our own domain so no issues there! We were able get started quickly which made us feel more secure in this new system than if they took longer getting everything setup properly (which could have happened). I like how fast it can go through tasks which are not even close at hand! It's also very easy to use as you do most things by clicking or typing instead of using keyboard shortcuts (which take time to learn). Sometimes some of the icons don't display properly in a certain window - this doesn't happen often though so far no issues have been raised about them.
