The dispenser worked quite well with a few exceptions. And the spacers and hammer worked great! The rod worked fine, but after a while it bent. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by holding it in a vise and bending it back. But still a bit annoying. I've found that even using a tapping block can sometimes damage the board's tongue and groove. What I did to fix it was I took a piece of flooring and put it between my piece I was going to install and the block and it worked fine. But something to note. You can also put tape on the bottom of the pole. After a while it started scratching my floor. The hammer was hard. For a DIY job, this kit helped me install a 1,200 square foot floor with minimal problems.
