This is the second Panasonic phone system I have and I didn't realize how much I liked Panasonic until I tried the AT&T model. Now I'm back at Panasonic and very happy with this change. 1) The tubes are comfortable to hold and do not slip out of your hand. 2) The voice quality from incoming and outgoing is very clear and without noticeable cuts or playing of messages from the answering machine. 3) The instruction manual that comes with the device is very detailed, so you can program easily. 3 months warranty compared to 12 months new device warranty.
