Renewed Panasonic KX-TGC363B / KX-TG633SK DECT 6.0 3 Handset Landline Telephone (KX-TGC362B +1) Review

It took a while for the phone to be set up with the provider. We got it as a present for my mother. She has had this phone for over a year and it has stopped working. We will soon buy another cell phone. We usually have phones that last for years. We are really disappointed with this product and hate that we have to get another one so quickly. I would not buy this phone. We were hoping it would last longer.

My girlfriend needed a new phone and she really wanted a Panasonic and I couldn't find it so when I searched the internet once on Revain I came across it and told her about it and she said order it for me which i did and she is very happy with it even though it was renovated she didn't care she put all her numbers into the work great for her she is happy and in the end it's not nice to do something for someone else, thanks for another great one

The phones had a buzzing background noise from some sort of interference which I never figured out until I could get it back. Called Panasonic for support and forgot to ever speak to anyone there. I went over to their chat and this guy knew less about their product line than I did and that's not a lot! So I ate the $75 I paid for the phones and bought another set that received on a different frequency. This seems to have fixed the problem. Too bad it took me over 30 days to figure it out.

This is a nice looking phone, weighs less than my old phone which I can also plug into a headset without having to hold the phone to my ear. Luckily my old set is still pretty good and better made than the new ones I bought. So I'm not 100% satisfied with it. So I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it. I have them now so I use them. I'm still using my old set instead of the new ones, but both sets work together so that's how I do it. But I wouldn't buy them and wouldn't advise anyone to buy this…

This is the second Panasonic phone system I have and I didn't realize how much I liked Panasonic until I tried the AT&T model.
