We bought several of these phones and a matching base for our shop. The staff was very disappointed with this system. Wireless wearable devices are so small that it is difficult to place them between your ear and shoulder to speak. And if you do, you'll likely be pressing buttons on your phone in the process. One of our biggest complaints is that when you're on the phone and another employee picks up and selects the line you're on, they can access it. The conversation can be heard by the second person who picked up the phone. The digital display on phones is not very clear and does not show which lines are busy during a call. a very small icon at the top of the digital display telling you this, but it's hard to see.) If you're talking to someone on the phone and the phone rings, it will ring through the handset you're using, blocking your ability to call the person on hear the other end every time the phone rings. The base has an answering machine function. If you're trying to receive your phone messages, if the phone rings while you're viewing your messages, the process will be canceled and you'll have to start the process again. We also have other complaints. I strongly advise against buying this phone system.
