Review on 🚗 Car and Driver INTELLIDASH PRO Wireless Apple Carplay + Bluetooth, SiriusXM, Siri Assistant - 7'' IPS Touchscreen, Dash Windshield Mounted by Adam Browning

I bought this (wireless version) hoping it would be something quite useful, and to some extent it is. it is not. Not sure if this is the correct car android version (may work better for carplay). When I use my phone with other Android cars and stereos, it looks a bit different and has more options. it says You can switch to night mode, but the maps never change. When I went to the manufacturer's website for the update, my virus scanner and browser warned me not to go there, and I had to allow it anyway. . .when I got there, no updates were found for the device. I contacted the manufacturer but heard nothing and now I'm sending it back to Amazon. Aside from the night mode issue, the screen is insanely bright and distracting at night. Maybe the night mode maps would help, but I can't think of enough to make it work well. However, it fits my car well and the strength of the product as well as offering some Android Auto features helped, I just wish they would respond. fix it.
