Cons: Magnet isn't strong enough when jar is full (only stays in fridge when half empty). Shake can, not airtight - 1/12 can is a little rusty Pros - Shape: square, very compact - Easy pouring or sprinkling of spices, big plus as I don't want to unscrew the lid - Can match the contents of a regular store-bought spice jar ( they may not stay in the fridge). The main reason I bought them is their "magnetic" functionality. I expected to be able to fill the entire container to get rid of the original jars of my spices and then tape them to my fridge. I think I'll keep them in my drawer, right side up (since they leak a bit).
