We have two 1 year old Siamese cats at home with lots of toys to occupy their time and stimulate their senses including curiosity! Rarely, . No, NEVER does a toy get excessive playtime all day on any given day, even if it's brand new! It was like that again. Set up was incredibly quick and easy! This bar looked the same as other bars of the same size, shape and weight, apart from a few extra toys/features attached or literally built into the inside of the scratching post, making it a "good giveaway". or so I thought it would be! The package arrived on Friday. The mail was picked up on Sunday. We have 2 10 pound Siamese cats. As of Monday, the carpet had been ripped out from under the underage sisal and where sisal is on duty at several spots where they meet. The carpet stitching on the back of the post was also noticeably torn. Just. Disappointed! It was by no means excessive violence. very, very gentle cats with gentle manners (2), to say the least. EXPENSIVE for less than 24 hours use! I hope my review helps you find a replacement! At the same time, I'm thinking about trying hot glue, but I don't want to miss the opportunity to bring it back by changing the original shape. I'm now looking for the fastest, most direct way to contact the seller, which will hopefully be an example of great customer service that will result in a new post to try again! Sequel follows.
