This is a really small but very good bowl. First, it stores the heat very well. There's nothing better than hot foam in the morning on your face. It fits perfectly in the palm of your hand for frothing, and the bottom of the bowl doesn't have a glazed finish like the rest of the bowl, so it won't slide around the bottom of the bowl when wet. However, my Parker brush is small and when I lather I have to do my best to pinch the brush hairs or they won't fit in the bowl. The bowl is also on the small side, so if you like a lot of foam, it can quickly slosh out of the bowl. In general, the highest quality cosmetics, without a single flaw. I don't think I can use this every day unless I have a narrower or smaller brush. However, I can pack this small bowl well to use as a travel bowl. Worth the $10 I ended up spending.
