The heater came in a plain brown box (inside a larger shipping carton) with a plastic bag around it, not the original box. The instructions looked like a fax copy with almost illegible words. When I plugged it in, it tripped the 15 amp circuit breaker almost immediately, even though mine was 10.5 amps (1300 watts). Turned it on twice and the switch worked both times. It stinks too. I had the same heater before and it worked for over a year with no problems. The item has been returned to the sender. I will buy from a local store where it will be in the original packaging.
