I have very curly, thick hair. It's always dry. I followed the curly girl method. I used to use another hair mask when I came across this one. God I'm NOT disappointed. When you open the can you immediately feel such a wonderful smell. That alone convinced me lol. This mask far exceeded my expectations. As I used it, I applied it after shampoo and conditioner. I put on a heated shower cap for about 25 minutes and then washed it off. Immediately my hair was so soft, smelled great and didn't want to drink anymore. This is my new choice!
