So for the money, these "boardshorts" are fairly decent. The material is like a regular swimsuit type, so when wet, it tends to cling to the body. If you are expecting these to be like regular boardshorts, you'll be disappointed. They are not nearly as sturdy as a brand like Roxy or O'Neill. My biggest complaint with them is the waist tie.the elastic in the string is totally useless as it breaks the second you pull on the string to try and adjust it. And for the love of dog, don't let that little sucker get drawn back into the hole.you will have a most frustrating time trying to get it back out! Again, not real boardshorts IMO, but fine for swimming in your backyard pool. I probably wouldn't wear these out to the beach and definetely not to a waterpark.that would probably be a disaster LOL.
