I wanted to post an update to my original post, after my review the company contacted me and offered to send me a replacement immediately. They sent me a replacement very quickly and I am very grateful to them for that. I have no hesitation in giving them high marks for their customer service. Works well, fits well but after just a month of use I get a message on my screen saying it's time to replace the lamp. I'm not sure how long it will last. I'm glad I bought an extra protection guideline for these.
