This side table is THE WORST. I've had it for a year now and it only ever finds a way to undo the screws. It's hard to tell from my photos that it's leaning forward, but you can see the gap showing it falling apart. In my video you can see me shaking the top to show how unstable and unstable it is. I've had this for a year and my boyfriend chose it because he accidentally broke my other one. I would NOT recommend this. I don't know how it got good reviews. I only used these occasionally for meals and put my laptop on top for homework. Sure I've used this on carpet, but the wheels are terrible and I spend half my time towing it and the other half tightening screws. The construction is very bad. To make the table even more solid I tried putting superglue between this gap and being gentler with the table but to no avail. The gap remains! Another thing I despise is the cage. He swings so hard. I wanted to weld or glue it but didn't have the means to do so so it made a ridiculous wobbly noise for a long time until it cooled. I removed the basket because it was very annoying when it wobbled every time I touched the table, even putting things in the basket to hold it. Buy at your own discretion! I replace it!
