Great design. Once you have removed the nut, nylon washer and bolt, remove the outer back cover and set it aside. Then, with one hand, grasp the front panel and with the other hand the other inner panel and separate the two parts by unscrewing clockwise - it has left-hand threads. Attach the cable tie to the square shaft. Reattach the front cover and inner panel by turning the screws counterclockwise. Place this assembly into the outer back cover and replace the nut, nylon washer and bolt. Don't overtighten.
