It is very efficient and user friendly. It is very flexible and can be adapted to fit any business needs. The support is also very good. Nothing really, I like the product and recommend it. It would be nice if there was a way to have the system to be more intuitive. It is not easy to use from the beginning. It should be more intuitive. We are solving the lack of productivity and ease of use. The software is very easy to use and configure. It also has a good customer support team which is responsive when I have queries. Nothing that I dislike as such but rather, it's the standard features which are missing like auto-save of documents, templates etc. This software should have these options for users who are not too tech savvy to handle them. Printing large sized documents, easy access to reports and being able to track billing and inventory data from one place.
