I am very satisfied with this airline. I bought a medium size to accommodate my 13 lb cat and 13 lb dog and they both fit comfortably (not at the same time). Neither my cat nor my dog could open the zippers and the fabric and mesh are tear-resistant. Believe me, both pets tried to escape! This carrier easily opens and folds for storage. I really like the washable carpet. It looks more like a soft padded rug than a fleece. There was a slight chemical smell but dissipated within a day of opening. My only suggestion is to use a padded shoulder strap instead of a rubber buckle. All in all I'm thrilled. It's just as well made as the more expensive media I've bought in the past.
