I bought 2 of them as "baskets" for Christmas gift baskets. One had both handles, the other just one. I checked to see if the handle had fallen off, but no handle, no indication that the handle was attached. So, um, how do you use it? A handle doesn't work. Where was it made and shipped? You'd better follow the quality control before sending the defective item to other buyers. The quality of the whole product was not the best either, one can say that it is cheap, probably toxic materials. Told them to just throw away the "strainer basket" you don't want to use for food. waste of money
