JOYORUN's website piqued my interest because I enjoy online fashion purchasing. I was eager to check out their selection because they claimed to sell the newest trends at reasonable rates. Unfortunately, my time spent with JOYORUN was not a positive one. The company's lack of openness about their shipping times was the first problem I experienced. Even though their website said it would come in 5-7 days, the dress I ordered for an upcoming event arrived more than two weeks later. I had a lot of trouble and difficulty because of this. In addition, when I received the dress, I was very dissatisfied with the material. The seams were badly stitched, and the fabric itself was thin. I felt like I had wasted my money because it didn't appear anything like the picture online. When I attempted to return the dress, I was met with JOYORUN's convoluted return policy, which only added insult to injury. The procedure was time-consuming, and I wound up having to cover the expense of return shipping. Overall, JOYORUN was a stressful and unsatisfying experience for me. Avoid this online fashion retailer at all costs due to its unclear delivery estimates, low-quality products, and onerous return policy. If you want a secure and pleasant buying experience, I recommend going elsewhere.
