UPDATE What a mess. It stopped working for me completely. I wish I would have spent more for something better. At this point I'm convinced that the 5 star ratings are for the nice $50 gift card they are offering in exchange for that 5 star rating. Either that or they changed their minds after the first use. Thing was great the first few times. But with terrible battery life, long charging times, not being able to get the damn joy and now that it doesn't work at all I'm very disappointed and wasted my money. BUY SOMETHING DIFFERENT! Original: 3 Stars I was wondering why this product has so many 5 star reviews. I then received a postcard in the mail saying if I left a 5 star review I would receive a $50 gift card. It made sense. As tempting as it is, I prefer to write an honest review instead. The suction power is normal for the price. It doesn't pack everything, so I mainly use it to clean up small messes, like when my toddler gets cupcake crumbs on the floor or couch. The attachments are good and they are light enough to be picked up and cleaned quickly. The battery sucks and takes forever to charge just to last 30-40 minutes. It picks up pet hair well but again not all, I don't expect more for the price. I knew what I was buying wouldn't be the best vacuum cleaner, but for now it does the job.
