Bought the 96ft string lights in October and they stopped working in April, not sure what the issue was but I reached out to the BN-Link support team of Steven and Dianna and they responded immediately. Within a couple hours of my inquiry they had already placed a replacement order and I had the new set in a matter of days. The lights are great, we love the colors and combinations and the light is really nice on our patio/pergola. The app works great too although set up was a little less intuitive than you'd hope but we eventually got it figured out. All in all, I would recommend this purchase as the lights are great and if needed, the customer support team is responsive and helpful.
